As a Starbucks Barista at Target, you will provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted Starbucks' Food and managing quality and freshness. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling cash, operating technology equipment, and communicating with guests and team members. Responsibilities include greeting guests, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.

Requirements

  • Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
  • Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
