Job Description
As a Starbucks Barista at Target, you will provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted Starbucks’ Food quality and freshness management, and follow state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines. Your responsibilities will include creating an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience, supporting team efforts, and upholding and maintaining the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.

Requirements

  • Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
  • Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
