Job Description
As a Starbucks Barista at Target, you will provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests, curate handcrafted Starbucks food, and manage food quality and freshness. You will also support team efforts, adjust to business and guest needs, and uphold food and beverage standards.

Requirements

  • Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
  • Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
