Role OverviewAs a Starbucks Barista, you will provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment, promoting an inclusive work environment and demonstrating the company's core values. You will be responsible for creating an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important, and appreciated, and for collaborating with associates to achieve company/store goals.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing beverage selections to recipe and standards, offering product samples, providing customers with fresh products, and recommending coffee shop items to customers. You will also be responsible for checking product quality, labeling and stocking merchandise, and reporting product ordering/shipping discrepancies.
