Role OverviewThe Starbucks Barista role enables a consistent experience for guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. The team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food and Beverage areas of the store.
What You Will Do
Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests, help guests find what they need, resolve issues, and end every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.

Requirements
- Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
