Starbucks Barista

The Hilton Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated individual to join their dynamic team as a Starbucks Barista. The role involves providing quality beverages to customers, maintaining the work area's condition and cleanliness, and following standards for merchandising and stocking products. The ideal candidate will be able to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and will have previous hospitality, barista, cashiering, or customer service experience.

What You Will Do

As a Starbucks Barista, you will provide quality beverages consistently for all customers, prepare Starbucks beverages to standard, maintain the condition and cleanliness of the work area, and follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing all products.

Requirements

• Previous hospitality, barista, cashiering, or customer service experience
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register, make change, count total bank, prepare cash drops, and total all other charges
• Ability to read and speak English sufficient to understand menus and special promotions and communicate with guests
• Ability to operate keyboard and Point of Sale procedures to handle cashier functions
