Role OverviewAs a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for providing a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted Starbucks' food quality and freshness management. You will work in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success.
What You Will Do
Your typical day will include creating an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests, help them find what they need, resolve issues, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude. You will also execute food and beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing.

Requirements
- Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
