A typical day will include creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth experience. You will also execute food and beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, and instocks routines.

Requirements
- Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
