Role OverviewThe role of a Starbucks Barista can provide you with the skills and experiences of providing a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted Starbucks’ Food quality and freshness management, State and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines.
What You Will Do
Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: Greet, Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience, End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you, Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude, Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.

Requirements
- Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
