Job Description
As a Starbucks Barista at Target, you will provide a consistent experience for guests by curating handcrafted Starbucks' food, managing quality and freshness, and executing food and beverage processes. The role is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring a welcoming and helpful attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Previous Starbucks/food service experience is preferred but not required. The good news is that we have some amazing training that will help teach you everything you need to know to be a Starbucks Barista.

Requirements

  • Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions quickly
  • Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
