Job Description
As a Starbucks Barista at Target, you will provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests, curate handcrafted Starbucks' Food, and maintain food safety and quality control. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests and team members, and supporting guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up.

Requirements

  • Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions quickly
  • Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
  • Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
  • Climb up and down ladders
  • Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
  • Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) reliable and prompt attendance necessary
  • Ability to work in an environment that could range from 34°F to -10°F as needed
  • Ability to work in spaces where common allergens may be handled or present
  • Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
  • Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
