Greet customers promptly, train and coach baristas, prepare weekly schedules, orders, and reports, and maintain accurate inventory and billing records.

Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous retail supervisory experience is preferred
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs
- Must be able to read and do simple math problems
- Wants to be part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- 18 years of age or older
