Job Description
The Starbucks Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations and overall profitability of the Starbucks Kiosk, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous retail supervisory experience is preferred
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs especially during times of high volume and/or stress
  • Must be able to read and do simple math problems
  • Wants to be part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • 18 years of age or older
