Role OverviewLinkUs is hiring Field Technicians to install Starlink satellite internet, DISH Network television, and connected home technology in residential homes across the region. The role involves installing and servicing satellite systems, recommending additional products and services to customers, and providing a professional experience in every customer's home.
What You Will Do
Install Starlink satellite internet systems, install and service DISH Network satellite television equipment, set up and configure customer equipment, and run cabling and install grommets to professional standards.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate is a strong worker with a willingness to do quality work, able to use power tools and work on extension ladders, and comfortable working in all weather conditions. Experience in satellite, cable, telecom, HVAC, electrical, or a similar trade is preferred, but not required.
Requirements
- Field installation experience in satellite, cable, telecom, HVAC, electrical, or a similar trade
- Ability to use power tools
- Comfortable working on extension ladders
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Have a personal smartphone for field use
