Job Description
The company is seeking a Starts Coordinator to expedite starts from notification a home needs to be started through final release of builder packet. The role involves coordinating with division personnel, compiling plans and permits, and tracking each stage of the start process.
Requirements
Coordinate with division personnel to determine when homes need to be started
Compile plans, permits, blueprints and other items needed to prepare the builder packet
Monitor and follow up on permits
Review liens and insurance records
Monitor new contracts, transfers, cancellations, option selections, permit status at each stage of the build, and pricing until home is started
Give Purchasing Coordinators information needed to issue pre-start purchase orders
Update information in database as needed
Track each stage of the start process and provide management with starts statuses and projections
Responsible for maintaining starts files
