Job Description
State Payroll Specialist 1 assists the Ohio Department of Administrative Services in managing computer programs and data for payroll processing, deductions, and reports. The position provides functional advice and guidance in coordinating and maintaining the OAKS HCM/Payroll System and Kronos time-keeping system.

Requirements

  • Four years of experience in payroll administration or accounting
  • Knowledge of human capital management software, such as PeopleSoft HCM
  • Ability to process payroll using PeopleSoft HCM and Kronos timekeeping functions
