Job Description
Station Administrative Coordinator at Southwest Airlines responsible for keeping the airport running smoothly by helping new employees get started, managing important items, and keeping track of supplies, schedules, and paperwork. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, ability to work under tight time constraints, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Provides friendly service and maintains positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Develops and maintains understanding of Ground Operations and effective relationships with Ground Ops partner departments
  • Responsible for station financials, expense reports, and petty cash management
  • Processes and verifies expense reports, invoices, and purchasing card transactions
  • Maintains station and staff phone lists, org charts, conference room schedules, and other records
  • Responsible for ensuring internal customer care notifications are completed
  • Disseminates correspondence and information through Company email and board mail
  • Procures and distributes station supplies
  • Supports cross-departmental projects and initiatives
  • Prepares and coordinates special, real-time, and recurring reporting for operational and non-operational procedures
