As a Station Services Specialist, you will help your Team stay organized and ready to fly by supporting our daily operation at the airport. You will answer questions from Employees and Leaders, fix problems, and send out updates and reports. You will also write messages, keep records safe and organized, and look for ways to make improvements. Your work will help the station run smoothly and supports Southwest’s mission to offer great service every day.

Requirements

  • Provides friendly service to and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external Customers
  • Serves as a primary reference source to assist Leadership and Employees in resolving discrepancies or procedural problems utilizing knowledge of specialized function
  • Maintains and archives historical records by documenting changes and revisions to materials such as memos, project files, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Prepares references for users by writing operating instructions, memos, meeting minutes, etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining the integrity of confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company and personal information
