Role OverviewInova Alexandria Hospital is looking for a dedicated Stationary Engineer 1 to join the team. This role will be full-time working 40 hours weekly, with schedules made 6 weeks in advance. Inova is a national healthcare leader in safety, quality and patient experience.
What You Will Do
Change and dispose of chemical drums properly, perform chemical analysis tests, and add correct chemicals to maintain prescribed balance in boilers, cooling towers, and closed loop systems. Assist in repair or maintenance of plant equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to plant emergencies swiftly.

- Military experience
- Obtain Low Pressure Steam Certification within 12 months of hire
