Job Description
The Statistician will work on projects to evaluate methods, procedures, and data to improve customer service and department operations. They will assist with data analysis, dashboard development, and identifying areas for system improvements.

Requirements

  • Participate in the evaluation of methods, procedures, and data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of data
  • Perform data analysis to provide reporting from various sources
  • Refine existing reporting metrics and develop new metrics
  • Assist with special projects, including trend analysis and business improvement identification
  • Participate in user acceptance testing
