Set up and operate a cut to length line, providing prepared steel. Perform in-process and final inspection using various measuring instruments. Conduct and report steel inventory as requested.

What You Will Do

Set up, operate, and adjust automatic cut to length, leveler, blaster, and edge coating equipment. Perform in-process and final inspection using various measuring instruments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 0-3 months experience
• Ability to communicate with others both written and verbally
• Ability to communicate, read and write in English
• Intermediate Shop Math
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints including geometric dimensioning
• Ability to do basic data entry
