  • Perform duties such as photocopying, printing, assembling patient education folders, laminating documents
  • Maintain a professional appearance and safe workflow
  • Stock supplies in all copy/work areas, coffee/water stations, and breakrooms
  • Clean and organize conference rooms
  • Assist with the assembly of patient prep kits
  • Prepare prep kit supplies to be distributed to MNGI sites
  • Assist with processing incoming mail from multiple sources and distribute to the correct departments
  • Assist with processing all outgoing mail
  • Any and all other duties as assigned
