What You Will Do
Dissembles, cleans, sterilizes, reassembles and packages sterile supplies, operates washers and sterilizers, and transports sterile supplies to assigned locations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have high school diploma or equivalent, sterile processing certification, and ability to lift/carry 25 pounds. Prior experience processing surgical information is preferred.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Sterile processing certification (CRCST or CSPD) OR provisional certification (CRCST)
- Ability to lift/carry 25 pounds
- Manual dexterity, ability to stand, bend, lift and/or reach for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing) and follow oral and/or written instructions
