Role OverviewThis role is at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort, a luxury property in the Sonoran Desert. The Steward/Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of hotel china, silverware, and cookware, and ensuring sanitation in the back of house. This is a full-time position within the resort's culinary operations.
What You Will Do
Maintain cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. Perform sanitation duties for the back of house, including removing garbage, cleaning floors, coolers, freezers, and general stock areas. Complete other projects as necessary to provide quality service.
