Job Description
Join our culinary team as a Steward (Dishwasher) at Spruce Peak. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and stewarding areas to health department standards. Assist chefs and front of the house managers with projects and communicate effectively with kitchen and restaurant staff. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Stewarding experience preferred in a fine dining restaurant
  • Pleasant and attentive personality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull a maximum of 10 lbs
  • Ability to stand/walk up to 6-8 hours per day
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
