Job Description
We are looking for a Steward (Dishwasher) to join our culinary team at Spruce Peak, Vermont, where you will maintain clean and organized kitchen spaces, assist chefs and front of house managers, and provide excellent service to guests and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Maintains all silverware, glassware, dinnerware, pots, pans, etc., clean and appropriately stored according to standards.
  • Assist chefs and front of the house managers in any projects that need to be done.
  • Maintains storerooms, walk-ins, banquet kitchen, EDR, and any food and beverage areas are clean and organized.
  • Communicates effectively with kitchen and restaurant staff.
