Job Description
Join the team at Park Hyatt Chicago as a Steward/Dishwasher and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas. As an essential member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest hygiene standards and supporting the seamless flow of operations.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in stewarding, ideally within a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end culinary environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to supporting back-of-house operations.
  • Attention to Detail: Commitment to maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization throughout all kitchen and dishwashing areas, ensuring all hygiene and sanitation protocols are met without exception.
  • Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in warm, humid environments.
