Steward/Dishwasher

Requirements

• Adheres to all sanitation standards in assigned areas at all times.
• Maintains, cleans, and ensures food preparation machines are in good working condition.
• Performs general cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping and proper policing of all areas in the kitchen including behind cooking lines.
• Assists in stocking and rotating of incoming products.
• Checks all chemical levels in machines and inventory.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Inspects and handles china, glassware, silverware, and other equipment with care.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Completes opening and closing procedures daily according to specification.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Attends and is actively engaged in daily pre-shifts.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
