Role OverviewHotel Daphne seeks an enthusiastic Steward to join the team! A Steward/Dishwasher exceeds expectations by completing tasks that include but are not limited to cleaning dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, and utensils. This position works closely with both the front of house and back of house teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Perform tasks such as cleaning dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, and utensils, bus dining room and patio, wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans, and maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.

Requirements
- Six (6) months related experience in hospitality or service industry
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) of the workplace
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees or guests
