Role OverviewThe Steward will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our culinary operations. The position requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in ensuring a clean and organized kitchen. The Steward will support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area, and assist with food preparation and plating as needed.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
