Steward

We're looking for a dedicated and reliable Steward to join our Food & Beverage team at Vermejo Reserve. As a Steward, your primary responsibilities will center around maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment while supporting the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What You Will Do

Operating commercial dishwashing equipment, washing dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Assisting Cooks and Chefs with basic food preparation, stocking workstations, and plating support as needed.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You'll need to present documentation establishing both identity and employment authorization within three days of hire. Previous dishwashing or kitchen support experience is preferred.
