Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in Food & Beverage management
  • Gila River Environmental Health Food Handlers Card, Blood-Borne Pathogens (BBP) and other required compliance trainings
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
