Job Description
The Lead Steward or Dishwasher is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the cleanliness of hotel China, silverware and cookware, and has good communication skills and the ability to understand and complete banquet contracts.

  • Minimum 3-5 years in Stewarding or kitchen
