Job Description
The Lead Steward or Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel China, silverware and cookware. This person must have good communication skills and the ability to understand and complete banquet contracts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years in Stewarding or kitchen
  • Able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • Team player
  • Good at communication
