Job Description
The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware and cookware, and providing direct supervision and leadership in all areas of the Stewarding Department.

Requirements

  • General knowledge of food and beverage service and standards
  • Previous experience in a Steward role preferred
  • Ability to professionally communicate with facility participants and colleagues
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight for the duration of shift
  • Ability to walk and stand throughout duration of shift
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
