  • Removes garbage and refuse
  • Replaces and removes fryer oil
  • Mops and sweeps floors
  • Washes walls and ceiling tiles
  • Sanitizes all cooking equipment
  • Adheres to regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
  • Completes all other duties as assigned
