Role OverviewThe Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Stewarding Department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and organization throughout all Food & Beverage and back-of-house areas.
What You Will Do
This role supervises and supports stewarding colleagues, maintains operational efficiency, and serves as a key partner to Culinary, Banquets, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure exceptional service execution.

Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in Stewarding, Food & Beverage, Culinary Operations, or Hospitality
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and team-development skills
- Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment
- Experience supporting banquet and large-scale event operations
- Proficiency with hotel systems and technology platforms and the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull moderate weights and remain on feet for extended periods
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to comprehend budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports to assist in the financial management of the department
