Role Overview

The Stewarding Supervisor will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Stewarding Department by providing hands on training and maintaining the floor presence throughout their shift.

What You Will Do

This position is responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas as well as managing, scheduling and coaching colleagues in the department.

Requirements

  • Food Handler's Permit
  • Previous Stewarding and/or Food & Beverage leadership experience preferred
