Role OverviewHome Is Where The Heart Is Home Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/STNA/CAREGIVER for our clients. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct client care and assistance with daily activities to support their independence and well-being.
What You Will Do
Provide direct client care, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and home exercise. Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and mobility. Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ability to perform all essential job functions, take pride in high quality care, and experience with hoyer lift and other in home care equipment. CNA/STNA certification desired, but not needed. Experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
