Requirements

  • Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with customers
  • Possess extensive knowledge of current stock levels, business needs, and product location
  • Drive sales through effective communication of product levels and location, accurate inventory intake, shipping best practices and team collaboration
  • Lead the team and assist in stock management, ensuring product availability, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment
  • Collect customer feedback on products and services, providing insights to the management team for continuous improvement
