Role OverviewThe Stock Control Associate - Order Pulling will ensure Mouser meets or exceeds customer expectations by meeting and exceeding established quality/accuracy. The role involves pulling parts from bin boxes or shelving, verifying part numbers, quantity, hardware, date, and lot codes, and entering required information in handheld computers/iPads. The associate will also repackage product, report issues professionally, meet customer requirements, and apply and scan barcodes.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Able to use a computer, and handheld computer/iPad (preferred)
- Able to count and match accurately and perform simple math
- Able to read and understand instructions in English
- Strong quality and productivity orientation
- Able to maneuver in aisles 36" wide, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push and pull for 10- 12 hours, and reach, lift and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds from ground level and up to 2' (using stairs and ladders)
- May be trained to operate a powered industrial truck (such as wave, forklift and/or pallet jack) (preferred)
- Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job
- Ability to work overtime and weekends
