Role OverviewThe Stock Control Associate - Order Pulling is responsible for ensuring Mouser meets or exceeds customer expectations by meeting and exceeding established quality/accuracy. They will adhere to all posted procedures, maintain acceptable attendance, and demonstrate a positive team-oriented demeanor.
What You Will Do
Key job accountabilities include pulling parts from bin boxes or shelving, verifying part numbers, quantity, hardware, date, and lot codes, and entering required information in handheld computers/iPads. The associate will also repackage product, report issues professionally, meet customer requirements, and apply and scan barcodes.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to use a computer, and handheld computer/iPad (preferred)
- Ability to count and match accurately and perform simple math
- Ability to read and understand instructions in English
- Strong quality and productivity orientation
- Ability to maneuver in aisles 36" wide, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push and pull for 10- 12 hours, and reach, lift and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds from ground level and up to 2' (using stairs and ladders)
- May be trained to operate a powered industrial truck (such as wave, forklift and/or pallet jack) (preferred)
