Role OverviewThe Stock Control Associate - Stocking is responsible for ensuring Mouser meets or exceeds customer expectations by meeting and exceeding established quality/accuracy. They must adhere to all posted procedures, maintain acceptable attendance, and demonstrate a positive team-oriented demeanor.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include scanning product and bin barcodes, matching supplier part numbers and quantities to system information, verifying parts in bins, rotating parts for first-in, first-out (FIFO), and using the Warehouse Control System to find alternate locations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to use a computer and handheld computer/iPad
- Ability to count and match accurately and perform simple math
- Ability to read and understand instructions in English
- Strong quality and productivity orientation
- Ability to maneuver in aisles 36" wide, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push and pull for 10-12 hours, and reach, lift and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds from ground level and up to 2'
- May be trained to operate a powered industrial truck (such as wave, forklift and/or pallet jack)
