Role Overview

The Stock Control Associate is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of stock in the warehouse, adhering to established procedures, and maintaining a safe working environment. The role involves reviewing labels, scanning barcodes, and placing items into corresponding locations. The Stock Control Associate must be able to work effectively with others, provide customer service excellence, and support the company's total quality process.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include reviewing labels and placing items into corresponding locations, scanning barcodes and placing items into specified locations, ensuring all items are put onto carts or into boxes or totes, and moving orders by conveyor or cart to shipping areas.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to use a computer, and handheld computer/iPad
  • Ability to count and match accurately and perform simple math
  • Strong quality and productivity orientation
  • Ability to maneuver in aisles 36" wide, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push, and pull for 10-12 hours
  • Ability to reach, lift, and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds
