Stock Manager, Outlet

As a Lovesac Outlet Stock Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, shipment processing, and fulfillment while maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-run operation. You will partner with the sales team to ensure merchandise is accessible, customer orders are fulfilled accurately, and product availability is communicated effectively.

What You Will Do

You will flex between operational and customer-facing responsibilities, prioritizing exceptional customer service while actively assisting customers, sharing product knowledge, and driving sales when traffic, staffing, or business needs require. You will also take ownership of your performance, operating with confidence, strong decision-making, and disciplined execution to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• 3-5 years of experience in a retail, inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, or stock leadership role
• Experience leading inventory, shipment, fulfillment, or product flow operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver results
• Ability to utilize technology to support inventory management, fulfillment, communication, and operational processes
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors, and for occasional meetings
• Must be able to safely load, unload, stage, move, and assemble furniture products with or without assistance
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. and to assemble and disassemble furniture while working on the selling floor
• Must be able to safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other moving equipment
