Job Description
We are seeking a Receiving Clerk Stockroom/Prep Cook to join our team at Thomas Cuisine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency in the acquisition, storage, and distribution of our supply chain, as well as assisting with unloading and verifying purchased food and supply shipments. The role will also involve daily cleaning and organizing of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and freezers. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring product usage, inventory management, and reporting safety hazards.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Successful background check and drug screen
  • Health screening and TB tests
  • ServSafe Certification and State Food Handlers Card
