Job Description
Storage & Data Protection Engineer 2 role at HDR, responsible for administering vSAN storage policies, monitoring storage capacity, operating VCF-native data protection capabilities, and troubleshooting storage performance issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise storage, backup, virtualization, or infrastructure engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with VMware vSAN administration and storage policy management.
  • Experience supporting backup, restore, replication, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Experience with storage capacity planning, performance analysis, and operational troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of VMware vSphere and storage interactions within virtualized infrastructure.
