Requirements

  • Customer Service
  • Greets all customers promptly and provides courteous service
  • Ensures store appearance reflects company expectations and standards
  • Follows all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances pertaining to the operation of the store
  • Ensures Store Manager is made aware of all sales, cash, or operating discrepancies
  • Treats all co-workers and customers with dignity and respect
  • Ensures all company assets are protected, including cash and merchandise
  • Keeps store floors clean at all times, with specific responsibilities being assigned by the Store Manager
  • Cleans windows, floors, shelving, counters, gas pumps, and parking lot to ensure they remain clean at all times
  • Actively promotes the Huck's Bucks Loyalty app to customers
