The Store Assistant Manager works with the Store Manager on all store operations, guiding and developing a team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, create amazing customer experiences, and implement visual merchandising directives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Understanding of how to develop staff
  • Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system
