Job Description
The Café Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in achieving financial objectives, overseeing daily operations, ensuring staff compliance with standards and procedures, and providing a superior guest experience.
Requirements
2 years of experience in the F&B or similar industry
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
Strong organizational and project management skills
Friendly and personable demeanor
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
Bilingual (Korean and English) preferred
Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays to support business needs
Must become certified in the Tous Les Jours specified food safety program within 30 days of employment
