Job Description
The Café Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in achieving financial objectives, overseeing daily operations, ensuring staff compliance with standards and procedures, and providing a superior guest experience.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in the F&B or similar industry
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Friendly and personable demeanor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
  • Bilingual (Korean and English) preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays to support business needs
  • Must become certified in the Tous Les Jours specified food safety program within 30 days of employment
